Hi, I’m Sara, a proud Berber woman from Marrakesh and co-founder of Inspiration Rugs. Growing up, I often visited the High Atlas Mountain villages where I saw the incredible artistry of women crafting beautiful rugs. Their craftsmanship, filled with history and tradition, inspired me deeply. As a woman entrepreneur, my mission is to bring these stunning rugs into your home while empowering the Berber women who create them. I want to help uplift their communities, inspire women across Morocco and around the world, and encourage them to follow their dreams and make a meaningful impact. My goal is not only to bring beauty to your home but also to support these artisans in building a brighter future.
Max's Story
Hi, I’m Max, a 15-year-old entrepreneur and co-founder of Inspiration Rugs. Over the past few years, I’ve traveled the world, but it was my week-long stay in Morocco that truly changed my life. It was there that I fell in love with the country’s art—especially the rugs. During my time in the Berber villages, I was welcomed warmly and inspired by the incredible craftsmanship and the people who create it. The beauty and history of these rugs moved me, and I knew I had to share them with the world. My goal is to bring these luxury, life-changing pieces into homes everywhere, inspiring people and supporting the communities and children I met on my journey.
